Analog Technology AUO-P301.30 4-channel TFT LCD display controller datasheet

4-channel TFT LCD power solution that provides a boost PWM controller (AVDD), a buck PWM (VLogic), and two high-voltage linear regulators for VGH and VGL. The optimal power-on timing of AUO-P301.30 can be achieved by controlling ENA and connecting two external capacitors to DLY1 and DLY2. GD is an open-drain output signal that goes low when VIN is greater than UVLO. Connecting GD to an additional PMOS transistor can keep AVDD low before AVDD_F is ready. AUO-P301.30 also has protection mechanisms such as overvoltage protection ( OVP ), overcurrent protection (OCP), output undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal protection.
