BIT3367A is a current mode control and fixed

frequency operation PWM controller of DC-DC
converter. A low 0.21V feedback voltage, over
voltage protection and over current protection make
BIT3367A an ideal controller for LED backlight
supplies. Internal soft start function can avoid inrush
current happened in the start-up period. Additional
over temperature protection and UVLO make
system reliable. CMOS process greatly reduces the
operating current compared to similar products.
